Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused, sealed, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used contact lenses cannot be returned or exchanged. Contact lenses must be unopened, unused, sealed, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return postage is paid by the buyer unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Lens Lifespan & Replacement
Our cosmetic colour contact lenses have a maximum recommended use period of up to 12 months from the date of first opening, under proper care and hygiene conditions.
This 12-month period is the maximum recommended safe usage window. It is not a guaranteed lifespan, and it does not mean the lenses will remain wearable for the full 12 months in every individual case.
Actual lens lifespan depends on the buyer’s care, usage, hygiene, and storage, including:
* Frequency of wear.
* Hand hygiene before each use.
* Use of fresh, unexpired contact lens solution.
* Daily replacement of solution in the lens case, without topping up old solution.
* Gentle rubbing and cleaning of each lens after wear.
* Avoiding contact with tap water, makeup, sunscreen, sweat, and other contaminants.
* Storage in a clean, undamaged lens case kept in a cool, dry place.
Lenses that become cloudy, discoloured, torn, dry, brittle, uncomfortable, or exposed to contaminants must be discarded immediately, even if less than 12 months have passed since opening.
This may occur due to normal wear, handling, care, storage, or contamination, and is not automatically considered a product defect.
We do not provide free replacement lenses for products that have been opened, used, contaminated, lost, damaged through handling, or worn through before 12 months.
Replacement lenses for these reasons are the buyer’s responsibility.
This policy does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law where a manufacturing defect is confirmed within a reasonable time after purchase.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for opened or used contact lenses.
We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, if eligible, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
As above, your item must be unopened, unused, sealed, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used contact lenses cannot be returned or exchanged.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
