We ship orders within Australia from our fulfilment location in Clyde, Victoria.

Order Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

During busy periods, sales, or public holiday periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Domestic Shipping Within Australia

We currently offer the following shipping options within Australia:

Standard Shipping
Standard shipping is $10.00.
Standard shipping is free for orders $100.00 and over.

Express Shipping
Express shipping is $15.00.
Express shipping is free for orders $100.00 and over.
Express delivery is estimated at 1–2 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and the carrier.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Regional and remote areas may take longer.

Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking details will be provided after your order has been dispatched.

Please allow some time for tracking information to update after dispatch.

Delays, Lost, or Damaged Parcels

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery times are managed by the courier or postal service.

If your parcel is delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, please contact us at balbhullar@proton.me and we will assist where possible.

Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or incorrect.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available to selected countries at checkout.

International shipping is currently charged at $20.00 where available.

International delivery times vary depending on the destination country, customs processing, and carrier delays.

Any customs duties, import taxes, or other charges required by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
